Your personal data is collected and processed by the UEMS-ORL, the Otorhinolaryngology Section of UEMS.

UEMS (European Union of Medical Specialists) is a non-profit organisation incorporated and registered in Brussels, Belgium.  The head offices are found at Rue de l’Industrie 24, 1040 Bruxelles, Belgium.

UEMS-ORL acts as the data controller for the personal data collected via its ORL speciality website.

Personal data can be shared with third party service providers to which UEMS-ORL outsourced certain processing activities. In any case, they are limited to processing your personal data in accordance with our instructions. UEMS-ORL will conclude data processing agreement with such processors so they are obliged to comply with all obligations required by the applicable data protection legislation.

UEMS-ORL acknowledges the importance of the protection of personal data. We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the realisation of the purposes for which we received the data, or for the execution of a contract or for fulfilling a legal obligation. We guarantee to only provide limited access to archived data and to remove or render anonymous your personal data if the retention period has passed.
